WP 1: Multiple Resiliencies

The work package accesses existing resilience concepts that are used in the respective disciplines and social fields (public discourses, politics) and conducts a comprehensive stocktaking. This is guided by the TAs, so that the concepts used can be compared based on their methodologies, methods, narratives and theoretical embedding and questioned regarding their scope, stringency, coherence and complexity. Instead of resilience, we deliberately speak of “resiliencies” as plural tantum to make the multiplicity of concepts visible. The aim of the WP is to create a set of instruments that will have an impact on future developments, both transdisciplinary, interdisciplinary and disciplinary.
