TA 3: Narratives – Alternatives and Amalgamations

The third thematic area addresses the following questions: Which narratives of resilience can be identified in which discourses and fields? Who are the main actors of the corresponding fields and discourses? Which speaker positions can be identified? What about the situatedness of resilience narratives? What are the social (political, cultural, economic) implications of these narratives? Can mutual overlaps and amalgamations be identified? Do resilience narratives overlap with other narratives depending on the disciplinary, institutional, cultural context? Into what larger narratives is that of resilience potentially woven?
